Black Raspberry and Pomegranate Frosty

If you want to double down on anthocyanins and love pomegranates, try out this frosty smoothie! Using frozen pomegranate seeds saves a lot of time.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen pomegranates
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 rounded teaspoons of BerriHealth’s Black Raspberry powder. 
  • 1 rounded teaspoon natural psyllium fiber supplement
  • ½ cup ice cubes (more or less according to your taste)
